The four angles allow you to go from a posture with your knees supported, up to a completely reclined position. You can use it as a chair with knee support,
as you lean forward to work, or shift your weight slightly backwards for a standing position, resting your feet on knee rests or on the floor. To fully recline, gently push down on the ground with one foot and lie backwards until your legs are above heart level. In this position the armchair rocks slightly to the rhythm of your breathing and allows you to experience weightless relaxation. The space between the headrest and the backrest leaves your arms and shoulders free to move. The adjustable headrest raises and lowers to give you maximum comfort.
